How recovery works
Four documented steps from placement to payment. Debtors pay you directly — the money never passes through us.
Placement & audit
Send accounts securely in any format. We review every placement against bankruptcy records, and confirm the right party before any contact is made.
Investigation & contact
Skip tracing locates the right party. Our specialists open a documented, compliant dialogue — by phone, letter, email, and text where permitted.
Negotiation & recovery
We work toward payment in full first, then structured settlements when needed. Every promise-to-pay is tracked and followed up so nothing slips.
Collection & reporting
Payments are received directly by you. Once the payments are confirmed, we agree on a remittance date and you send us our agreed share on that date — simple, straightforward, and with complete visibility.
Uncompromising on compliance
One FDCPA violation can cost more than an entire portfolio. Every call is recorded, contact limits are enforced by our systems, and our team operates in accordance with the FDCPA, TCPA and Regulation F — so your brand is never the one at risk.
- We work in line with FDCPA and Regulation F standards
- TCPA-safe call, text, and dialer controls
- FCRA-accurate credit bureau furnishing
- Recorded calls and full audit trails on every account

What does it cost to place accounts?
Nothing up front. We work on contingency — a percentage of what we actually recover. If we don’t collect, you don’t pay. Rates depend on balance age, volume, and account type, and are quoted in writing before any work begins, so you know your exact cost before a single call is made.
How do you stay compliant with the FDCPA and Regulation F?
Compliance is integrated into our workflow. Every call is recorded, and contact frequency is capped by system controls. Our team is fully aware of and operates in accordance with the FDCPA, TCPA, and Regulation F. We maintain a documented complaint and dispute process with full audit trails, and every account is checked against bankruptcy and deceased records before contact.
When should I send accounts to collections?
Earlier than most businesses think. Recovery probability drops sharply after 90 days past due. Most clients place accounts at 60–120 days, but we accept older inventory too — including previously worked accounts from other agencies. If your internal follow-up has stalled or the debtor has gone quiet, it’s time to place.
Do you report debts to the credit bureaus?
Yes, where permitted and when it serves the recovery strategy. We furnish accurately under the FCRA, respond to disputes within required timeframes, and suppress reporting whenever a debt is disputed or found inaccurate. Reporting is one lever among several — we’ll recommend it only when it meaningfully improves the chance of resolution.
